Are you having a bit of a bad day? A bad week, even? Do you need a good, solid pick-me-up game to help slap a smile on your face?
Well my friend, look no further than the latest addition to Xbox LIVE Arcade’s line-up of games, Comic Jumper!
Already being called ‘hilarious’ by basically everyone residing on the Internet, Comic Jumper is what one would term a ‘mega-action, super-platform game,’ as this title simply wouldn’t be content with normal videogame standards and conventions.
If you’ve seen any gameplay footage, you’ll certainly understand!
A new game from Twisted Pixel (the folks who brought you The Maw and Splosion Man), Comic Jumper lets you leap into the crime-fighting boots of Captain Smiley, who is aided by his wise-cracking ‘sidekick,’ Star.
Together, the duo must defeat the forces of evil (or, more accurately, the forces of ‘weird’) through four different comic book genres, namely ‘Modern,’ ‘Fantasy,’ ‘Silver Age’ and ‘Manga.’
Here’s a quick, awesome trailer for Comic Jumper that nicely sums up the game:

Comments:
The download went through the night on my crappy 384kb line. Will check it out tonight only
Yip, it's a pretty big download, but trust me it's worth it! I started playing it on Monday and it's hilariously funny!
I might have to buy this... dang.
Trust me, it's worth it, even for the banter between Star and Captain Smiley. And that's not even mentioning the Bradbots.. And did I mention it has a very funky cellphone ring tone. Only problem is, I just can't seem to get it out of my head now!
