When Killzone 3 goes on sale next year on February 22nd in the US, a limited Helghast Edition will be available alongside the regular old ‘standard’ edition.
For the princely sum of $129.99, the Killzone 3 Helghast Edition will include “a collectible replica of a Helghast Helmet [the Cat Helmet returns?!] containing an art book, Super Voucher (see below for contents) and the Killzone 3 game with bonus content,” as well as “an exclusive Cloaking Helghast Marksman action figure created by DC Unlimited, that will not be sold anywhere else.”

As mentioned Killzone 3 will become available in North America on February 22nd (we’re still waiting on an official release date for the rest of the world), exclusively on PS3.
