PSPgo price drop officially announced for all territories
Earlier today we reported that Sony’s PSPgo would see a price drop in the United States and Japan, with cuts coming into effect later this month.
Now, Sony has officially confirmed the news, adding that European territories will also enjoy a price cut for the ailing handheld gaming device.
Starting tomorrow, the price of the PSPgo in the US will be slashed to $199 from $249, and in Japan, the current price of 26 800 yen (roughly $335 at current exchange rates) will be dropped to 16 800 yen (roughly $210). In European regions, the PSPgo will be priced at £159.99, from the previous price of £199.99.

Comments:
It will be interesting to see how this price drop affects sales, sadly I don't think it will make much of a difference. Might give it a slight sales bump for the first week but after that I predict the sluggish sales will continue.
I'm afraid you're right. It's a little too late for this poor little device.
