A demo for Dark Void has been promised to be releasing today on Xbox LIVE, and tomorrow on the PlayStation Network. There is currently no demo planned for the PC version.
A new game from Capcom and Airtight Games, Dark Void is an action adventure game that brings a twist to gameplay proceedings with the introduction of a jetpack to allow players to fly, jump and climb in all manner of vertically-oriented environments.
The Dark Void demo will give players a taste of this new flying mechanic with some flying tutorials, before getting into some “serious UFO dogfighting,” and then moving on to ground action and vertical combat.
A new video has also been released for Dark Void to push your ‘interest buttons,’ which you can watch below, but if that isn’t enough, you can browse through El33tonline’s not inconsiderable previous coverage of the game.
The full version of Dark Void will be available on January 19th in North America and January 22nd in Europe on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
