Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter will be arriving on Xbox Live Arcade tomorrow for 1200 MS Points, giving Sam “Serious” Stone fans the chance to battle Mental’s army in high definition.

The game is based on the original indie arcade shooter Serious Sam: The First Encounter and features “redesigned visuals, over-the-top action and intense online co-op for up to four players.”

Players can look forward to “frantic non-stop shooting action,” facing enemies including the charging Sirian werewolf and the screaming Headless Kamikaze.

Of course you will be kitted out with “one of the greatest arsenals in gaming history,” ranging from demon-stopping revolvers to lead-spewing miniguns, as you set out to enjoy over 12 levels set in Ancient Egypt. Did we mention that you can also enjoy this action with up to four players thanks to the online co-op mode? Sweet.
