TGS 2009: PS3 Slim sells 1 million units in 3 weeks
Sony has announced that the PS3 Slim has sold 1 million units worldwide in just 3 weeks since its launch.
The new PS3 Slim was launched across North America and Europe on the 1st of September, hitting Japanese shelves a few days later on the 3rd of September. Retailing at $299, the PS3 Slim includes a 120GB Hard Drive, slimmer appearance as well as a reduction in power consumption and fan noise.

Wow its been selling very well! I think the tagerget was 12 million by christmas?
I believe more and more ps3 deals will be announced before the Christmas. If this is so, expect to see more sales increase.
