As anticipated Monster Hunter 3 has been a big success so far in Japan. With an initial shipment of over 1 million units, the game was launched in Japan on the 1st of August and sold a whopping 520 000 copies in the first two days of its release.

The clock is ticking down until Monster Hunter 3 will be available across the West, with the Wii exclusive title hitting shelves in both the US and Europe in early 2010.
