Developer Frozenbyte has announced that its upcoming action game Trine will not be released on the PlayStation Network today, as previously announced.
Posting on the game’s official forums, a Frozenbyte developer announced that Trine will not be coming to PSN this week because of a bug. “Unfortunately, Trine isn’t coming to PSN this week, and this time it’s our fault as there was discovered yet another small bug which needed to be fixed.”
The post went on to say that “I can’t tell for sure when the release is coming, as no-one really seems to know. Also, I have no idea if EU and NA releases are timed differently. For us, not knowing is also a bit tough, but I hope it’s eventually worth all the waiting.” An earlier post read “they did not specify is there difference between EU and US releases, but it is my understanding that they should come pretty much the same time.”
A demo for Trine will most likely only be released after the game hits the PlayStation Network according to another post by the same developer on the forums.
