PixelJunk developer Q-Games showed off some new stages of their upcoming game PixelJunk Shooter at last week’s San Diego Comic-Con.
PixelJunk Shooter mixes shooting and strategy elements as players navigate their way through cavernous stages in a rescue ship, taking cover behind rocks, trading fire with enemies and rescuing survivors. The game is expected to be released sometime later this year.
Producer at SCEA’s Santa Monica, Matt Morton, walked through some new areas of the ice stage in this video walkthrough. Check it out below for more insight into the controls, gameplay and a special introduction to the lava cannon!
