According to GameIndustry.biz and sales data from Chart Track, the installed based of current generation handhelds and home consoles in the UK has reached a combined 24.2 million units.
Taken from data ending June 27th this year, the Wii has sold 5.4 million units, which is up a whopping 2.3 million units since June 28th last year, when sales for the Wii stood at 3.1 million, which is ahead of the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PSP.
The DS, however, leads overall sales with 9.1 million units now sold and floating around in the UK.

- NDS - 9.1m (up 2.7 million from 6.4 million)
- Wii - 5.4m (up 2.3 million from 3.1 million)
- Xbox 360 - 3.9m (up 1.7 million from 2.2 million)
- PSP - 3.3m (up 1.1 million from 2.2 million)
- PlayStation 3 - 2.2m (up 900 000 from 1.3 million)
- DSi - 0.3m (92 000 of which sold in the first weekend on sale)
