Bleach: Heat the Soul 6 for the PSP debuts at the top of the Japanese software chart, selling 41 000 copies in its opening week. Another new PSP title, Grow Lancer, follows in second place with 23 000 copies.
While the PSP takes the two top spots, the DS occupies the next three. Dragon Ball Kai: Saiyajin Raishuu from Namco Bandai drops one place to number 3 with 20 000 copies, followed by Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky, which falls from last week’s number 1 to fourth with 15 000 copies, and Made In Ore (WarioWare) dropping two places to number 5 with 15 000 copies.
Monster Hunter Portable 2G (PSP The Best) finished sixth with 15 000 copies while Konami’s Winning Eleven Playmaker 2009 for the Wii debuts at number 7 with 14 000 copies. Wii Fit hangs on to its place in the Top 10, settling into eighth with 11 000 copies.
Mario & Luigu RPG 3 for the DS drops from last week’s number 4 to ninth with 10 000 copies and Tecmo’s Rack Pachi 6 for the PS2 is this week’s fourth new entry, entering the charts at number 10 with 9 000 copies.
Monster Hunter G drops out of the Top 10, falling from last week’s number 6 to number 11 while Taiko Drum Master for the Wii drops to number 14, Persona to number 15 and Jikkyou Power Pro Major League 2009 to number 16 (last week’s numbers 10, 9 and 8 respectively).
