Clover available now on Xbox Live

UK developer Binary Tweed has announced that watercolour political platform puzzler Clover is now available for purchase via Xbox Live Community Games.

The game suffered a few review process delays but the extra development time means that Clover’s unlockable artwork gallery and designer’s notes are back in the game. Clover features “nearly 150MB of artwork, over 30 minutes of original piano music and hours of head-scratching puzzle-solving.”

According to the developer, Clover is inspired by the events that preceded the 2003 Iraq war. “It’s been great to read emails from gamers who have picked up on the historical and political references - if Clover has one objective, it’s to make people think” commented Managing Director of Binary Tweed, Daniel ‘Deejay’ Jones.

Priced at 400 Microsoft Points, Binary Tweed argue that the game is “cheaper than a London Underground single and guaranteed to not leave the inside of your nose black.”

Check back soon for our review of Clover but until then you can head over to our previous coverage for more screenshots and an exclusive Q & A with Daniel Jones or check out a trailer for the game here.
