DSi sells two million in Japan
It’s been confirmed by Japanese gaming mag, Famitsu, that Nintendo’s latest update to their handheld DS console, the DSi, has now sold more than two million units since its release in November last year, with 700 000 of those units being snapped up during the course of this year.
The DSi will be released in the US on April 5th and Europe on April 3rd, which will no doubt add dramatically to the two million units floating around in Japan.
