Fans of The Maw will be happy to read that Twisted Pixel Games will be releasing the second round of downloadable content for their popular XBLA title.
The first DLC landed in February in the form of a deleted scene called Brute Force. This time round we can look forward to a new level called River Redirect which will be released on Xbox Live Marketplace tomorrow for 100 points.
According to the developer, “raging fires block Frank and Maw’s way” in this deleted scene from The Maw. The pair will have to use the powers of the Gastro and Puff-tor creatures to change the river’s course and reopen the path in the Looferland level.
We will bring you news of the third piece of planned DLC as soon as it hits the wires.
We highly recommend giving The Maw a go, having described the game as an “outstanding product, well polished and radiating originality with endearing characters that will remain in your mind long after the game has finished.” Read El33tonline’s review of the game to find out more.

Comments:
Downloaded "Brute Force" DLC a few weeks ago and loved the advances in gameplay that twisted pixel has worked on.
I'm totally stoked for the "River Re-direct" as I have read many reviews that state it is more advanced puzzling and game play. I LOVE THE MAW!!!
