Decode this message to gain access to a secret mission in Johannesburg

Special Air Services LogoMegarom has intercepted an encoded message from behind enemy lines and is searching for someone capable of decoding it and converging on the enemy position.

Although Intel is scarce, we do know that Vladimir Makarov is recruiting five more mercenaries to join his cause and will be putting them through their paces on 11.10.09. It is therefore essential that these five soldiers be located in Johannesburg or be able to get to Johannesburg on the day.

Any willing soldiers should advance to this top secret location to learn more about how to decode this message. You have until the 4th of November to decode the encrypted message.
