While those of us living in any region that isn’t known as North America have had to wait a few days to get their hands on the game, it’s surely been worth the wait, as New Super Mario Bros. Wii launches across Europe and South Africa today.
Including eight all-new worlds, new gameplay modes and new power-ups, New Super Mario Bros. Wii is also the first game in the series to allow up to four players to play cooperatively in the same level, with classic, solid 2D platforming action we’ve come to expect from a Mario title.
You can read El33tonline’s hands-on preview of New Super Mario Bros. Wii to understand how much fun the game is when playing in multiplayer, and leaf through our previous coverage of the title while you mull over your intentions to buy it.
