Ben Creasey, Head of Production at the PlayStation music video streaming service VidZone, posted on the European PlayStation Blog recently regarding news of the service’s expanded availability in other countries over and above the current list including Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the UK. From the post:

“You have all been screaming for these dates and we finally have everything finalized, it’s felt like a lifetime but the day is finally here… You have no interest in anything I have to say apart from these dates so I’ll shut up and get on with it.”

Not only did Creasey list the countries that will soon have access to VidZone, as well as the dates that citizens of those countries can expect to begin watching music videos through the PlayStation Network, he also listed a number of artists native to the expanded set of countries who will be featured on the service.
