Nintendo kicks off its free WiiWare demos service this week in the US. Wii gamers will be able to try before they buy with five free game demos on offer this week: Bit.Trip Beat, Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord, NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits, World of Goo and the new Pokemon Rumble.
If you want to get a taste of these titles before downloading the full versions simply search for demo in the WiiWare section of the Wii Shop Channel. You can visit here for more information on WiiWare demos and if you like the demo, you can download Pokemon Rumble for 1 500 Wii Points.
This week two new Virtual Console games also land on WiiWare, Indiana Jones’ Greatest Adventures from the SNES for 800 Wii Points and Street Fighter II: Champion Edition from the TurboGrafx16 for 700 Wii Points.
DSi owners can download three new games this week, Digidrive for 500 DSi Points, Arcade Bowling for 200 and Robot Rescue, also for 200 points.
