It is being reported that the console versions of Modern Warfare 2 have been recalled in Russia. It appears as if the Russian government is none too happy with the controversial (and much talked about) airport terrorism scene.
The PC version has been spared a similar fate thanks to a quick patch released by Infinity Ward which removes the ‘No Russian’ level out of the game. However, all is not lost for Russian gamers because a censored version of the console versions, excluding the offending mission, is expected to be released within a month after the government has given it the stamp of approval.
