According to apparently leaked images showing the online service active on a PlayStation 3 cross-media bar (XMB), Facebook could very well be on the way to PS3 users, following in the footsteps of Microsoft’s planned integration of the social networking site.
Not only that, but if the rumour is true, you’ll also be able to change your gamercard colours and have access to a more efficient method for browsing through your photos by the time the next firmware update rolls around.
According to Nowgamer.com, Sony has sent out a statement saying that the company will “have more information on this very shortly.”
This news follows on the back of previous rumours that a new PS3 firmware update, 3.10, will become available next week on November 19th, which may add new language settings, including Polish, to PlayStation Network and the XMB.
