Latest Assassin’s Creed II developer diary shows off combat
A new developer diary for Assassin’s Creed II has been released, this time dealing with the issue of combat, as various team members working on the game talk about injecting more brutality and ‘viscerality’ into the weapon-based fighting.
Some team members are a little too into this assignment, speaking about how, in real life, it’s pretty difficult to kill someone… scary!
It’s all pretty vicious, with an abundance of in-game examples sprinkled throughout the conversation, as the developers also speak about alternatives to fighting, such as simply running away, and what kinds of enemies you’ll be up against. Watch below:
