Do you like Lego? Do you like Batman? Do you enjoy the idea of the two mixing together in video game form, telling the story of the Caped Crusader battling ne’er do wells? Well, look forward to early October then!
Lego Batman is set to arrive in stores on October 10th across the UK and Europe, while the US will have it on the 7th, available across all platforms in one form or another. Traveller’s Tales, the developers of the game, have already begun touting Lego Batman as their “best LEGO game yet,” which is quite a statement considering their Lego Star Wars and Lego Indiana Jones titles.
Lego Batman, which carries on in the tradition of the earlier co-operative action/adventure Lego games, will include a host of characters from the world of the titular hero, including Robin, The Joker, Catwoman and The Penguin, as well as Batgirl, Clay Face, The Riddler, Two-Face, Scarecrow and Killer Croc, while featured vehicles include the Batmobile, Batboat and Batwing, all modelled in Lego! How awesome! You’ll also be able to take control of either the heroes or the villains during the course of the game, with dedicated missions for side.
