Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, an action RPG for the PC from ASCARON and Deep Silver, has reached gold status, which means that, after a four year stretch of development undertaken by 94 developers, the game is finally finished. The game discs are being printed as you read this!
ASCARON are also proud to announce that Sacred 2 passed Microsoft’s Games for Windows quality check, meaning the game has been thoroughly tested on all current Windows platforms and comprises the features you’ve come to expect from the Games for Windows brand.
Sacred 2, set 2000 years before the original, features a vast but gradually introduced 3D world with the graphics quality and attention to detail you can expect from a next-generation title. Action RPG fans will be able to tackle challenges in a variety of ways, not least of which is the ability to experience the story in two unique ways; either through the light or shadow campaign.
Megarom South Africa will be distributing Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, ensuring South African gamers get to play the game when it releases next week for the PC, on the 3rd of October.
