Activision has seen it fit to unveil the complete set list for upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour. Finally, we mere mortals will be able to view, with our own eyes, the mega-ton list of 86 sterling (and not so sterling) songs to be included on the disc when the game arrives later this year (October 27th in the US, November 7th in the UK and Europe). Apparently they’re all master recordings as well, i.e. not performed as a cover by another set of musicians.

If you need reminding, this latest outing for Guitar Hero features “a slick newly redesigned guitar controller, drum kit controller and a microphone, as well as an innovative Music Studio music creator that lets players compose, record, edit and share their own rock ‘n’ roll anthems” as well as an “8-player ‘Battle of the Bands’ which allows two full bands to compete head-to-head online for the first time ever.” Thank you for the information, Mr. Press Release.
