Bungie unveils new Halo 3 map

Previously known as Purple Reign, the new map has been renamed Assembly and revealed at PAX. From Bungie’s site; “Let’s head off the inevitable influx of questions at the proverbial pass: We currently have no information on how or when Assembly will be made available. When we know, we’ll let you know. We promise.” Here are a bevy of screenshots to show off the next arena available for your Halo 3 multiplayer pleasure.

Rumour Watch: Also seen at PAX was something called Halo 3 Mythic, a mysterious project rumoured to be some sort of update or expansion for Halo 3.
