UK Charts: Chart Track software sales for the week ending 26/7

Nintendo’s Wii Fit is back on top, claiming the number 1 spot on the UK’s All Format Charts thanks to a 32% increase in sales.

THQ’s Wall-E remains in second place despite recording a 12% increase in sales over last week while Mario Kart Wii from Nintendo moves up three places to number 3, boosted by a 23% sales increase.

Activision Blizzard’s Guitar Hero: On Tour climbs seven places to number 4. The first full week of sales of the DS version of the popular franchise increased sales by 46%. Lego Indiana Jones from LucasArts drops from last week’s number 1 to number 5, suffering a 15% decrease in sales this week.

Nintendo’s Wii Play loses two places to finish sixth while Sega’s Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games lingers at number 7 for another week. Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl drops three places to number 8 and Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training re-enters the Top 10 at number 9, climbing seven places with a 14% sales increase.

THQ’s Big Beach Sports rounds off the Top 10, down one place from last week to number 10. Activision Blizzard’s Kung Fu Panda drops out of the Top 10, down two places to number 12 while EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company loses ground, moving down five places to number 13.
