E3 2008: Wii Sports Resort unveiled
Wii Sports Resort is a new collection of fun sports games and like its popular predecessor Wii Sports promises to be another pick-up-and-play game.
Wii Sports Resort is the first game to make use of the Wii MotionPlus accessory, which plugs into the base of the Wii Remote and helps to create a more responsive and realistic experience. Each copy of the game comes packaged with a Wii MotionPlus accessory and Wii Remote Jacket.
Set on a tropical island (where else), the game offers various activities including waving the Wii Remote wildly in Sword Play, Power Cruising on a Jet Ski and tossing a disc to a Nintendogs-like dog in Disc Dog.
Wii Sports Resort is scheduled to be released in spring 2009.
