Chris Redfield, series protagonist, returns in Resident Evil 5 along with partner Sheva Alomar to unravel an evil bioterrorism plot that is turning people and animals into maddened creatures.
Players will head to Africa and be able to take advantage of co-operative play online to tackle the new fast and intelligent enemies, either attacking players in groups or by themselves. Even the lighting can be a friend or an enemy, adding to the atmosphere and suspense.
The game features an advanced MT Framework engine, which was used in Dead Rising, Lost Plant and Devil May Cry 4, to provide some stunning-looking visuals.
Resident Evil 5 will release simultaneously on PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 13th next year. For more information check out El33tonline’s preview of Resident Evil 5.
