Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii has debuted on top of the UK’s All Formats Chart for the week ending the 28th of June. The popular title is the third largest UK Wii launch (behind Wii Fit and Mario Kart Wii) and also secures Nintendo its fourth All Formats number 1 this year.

EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company on the Xbox 360 and PS3 enters the charts at number 2 while LucasArts’ LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures drops to number 3. Renewed stock kicks Wii Fit up a gear with a 643% sales increase, pushing the title up from number 27 to number 4 this week.

THQ’s Wii exclusive Big Beach Sports enters the charts at number 5 while Mario Kart Wii races back into the Top 10, climbing four places to number 7. This brings to four the number of Wii exclusive games in the All Formats Top 10. Konami’s Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for the PS3 is the only other format exclusive All Formats Top 10 title, dropping four places to number 6.

Rockstars’ Grand Theft Auto 4 drops six places to number 10 and Take Two’s Top Spin 3 for the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360, now in its second week, moves up four spots to number 8.

Sega’s Beijing 2008 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 debuts at number 9 while Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games loses five places and drops out of the Top 10 to number 11.

Two new titles enter the Top 20, Activision’s Guitar Hero: Aerosmith is at number 14 while Vivendi’s The Bourne Conspiracy for the Xbox 360 and PS3 settles into number 15.

Nintendo’s Wii Play drops out of the Top 10 to number 12 followed by Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training at number 13, last week’s numbers 5 and 7 respectively. Activision’s Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock falls from last week’s number 9 to number 16 while Atari’s Alone in the Dark plummets from number 3 last week to number 17.

Codemasters’ Race Driver: Grid loses ten places to settle at number 18 and Square Enix’s Crisis Core: Final Fantasy finishes at number 23, down thirteen spots from last week.
