PS3 firmware update v 2.35 in the works
Sony has popped a heads-up on its PlayStation blog that we can expect a PS3 firmware update soon.
Version 2.35 will be “released shortly” and will be a “relatively minor update to improve stability of some PS3 titles.”
Nothing to get too excited about then but good to know.
Sony also clarified that the update is not related to Grand Theft Auto IV. In response to a comment speculating that it was aimed towards GTA IV, Al de Leon responded “I just want to clarify that this upcoming firmware update isn’t related to GTA IV.”
De Leon advised that a solution has been identified and PS3 owners who have issues with GTA IV should contact SCEA’s Consumer Services.
