Wii most popular console search on Yahoo
The Nintendo Wii was the most-searched for home console on Yahoo in 2008. The search engine company recently released their Top 10 list of the most-searched for technology terms, “Digital Camera” and “iPhone” took top honours followed by “Wii” in third place.
Microsoft’s “Xbox 360” claimed the fourth spot while “PSP” landed in fifth ahead of “PS3” at number 8. The Nintendo DS failed to enter the chart but “Wii Fit” fell just outside the Top 10 as the twelfth most popular search term of 2008.
