It’s been officially announced that the new Batman game, Batman: Arkham Asylum, will feature at least two of the voices that have come to be associated with the franchise - Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill.
Conroy would be known to fans of the animated Batman series as playing the voice of The Batman himself, while Mark Hamill has been associated with the voice of The Joker for just as long a period (also notable for being in those Star Wars flicks…).
Both actors are very involved in the voice acting gig, contributing to legions of animated features, Hamill in particular performing roles in dozens of TV and videogame projects. It is also believed that Conroy has played the role of Batman for longer than all of his live-action counterparts combined. That’s a long time!
