Firstly, as you may have noticed by now, it is a dual charge station so you can charge not one but two Wii Remotes at the same time. The pack includes twin rechargeable battery packs as well as a charge station and USB cable charge.

Setting it up is easy, simply connect the charge station to your Wii via the USB port and replace the two normal batteries and back cover of the Wii Remote with the rechargeable battery pack.
