A little while ago we let you know about Core Gaming’s plans to launch a new online gaming store in South Africa. The good news is that www.gamingstore.co.za is up and running.
Thanks to the new online gaming store you will be able to get your hands on latest releases as well as the back catalogue of Nintendo games in South Africa. Any games you order online will be couriered to anywhere in the country and will include a full warranty as well.
If you want to see a specific game in the store, send your requests to request@core.co.za. This is your chance to see the more hardcore gaming titles (that may not make their way onto store shelves) come to South Africa, such as Battalion Wars II, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Pokémon: Battle Revolution, Super Paper Mario as well as Hotel Dusk: Room 215 and Advance Wars: Days of Ruin.
At the moment you can order the Wii, NDS in 4 colours, various accessories for both consoles as well as an assortment of Wii and DS games including the latest additions to our shopping catalogue, Link’s Crossbow Training (R449) and Wii Music (R549).
What you waiting for, go check it out today!
[UPDATE] The email address to submit requests to has been changed. Please send your requests for the online gaming store to request@core.co.za.

Comments:
I wonder if they will be able to sell Gelaskins (http://www.gelaskins.com/catalog.php?Device=9&Category=22&p=1) for the Nintendo DS Lite? I've been searching high and low for them in Cape Town with no luck.
Wow, those are cool - that would seriously pimp your DS!
Why not drop them a line on the email above, you've got nothing to lose.
Done. Just shot off a mail to them. Fingers crossed but considering it's the Core Group, I'm not holding my breath.
Lol. Trust Core to be on the ball.

I will contact them and see what I can do. Will keep you posted and keep fingers and toes crossed!
The game and hardware selection is rather poor and below the standard I was expecting..
I have updated this article with a new email address that you can send requests to. In future please send game requests for Nintendo's new online gaming store to request@core.co.za
