What’s going on in the world of Xbox LIVE? Quite a bit, actually, including demos, Rock Band downloadable content and price drops for some classic games.
On Tuesday, the Left for Dead demo went up. If you want a sneak peek at one of the contenders for game of the year, get this demo now, featuring 4-on-4 multiplayer co-operative play amongst a horde of zombies. Can’t lose! A demo of Bolt is also available, which isn’t guaranteed game of the year status, but is based on Disney’s movie.
‘Ole Major Nelson has also informed us that there have been some price drops for three games that you may have past on getting the first time they were available, but now with the Arcade Hits program, you get them for a little less. Feeding Frenzy, Worms and Ultimate Mortal Kombat are all available for the low, low price of 400 MS Points. Great!
Lastly, the Foo Fighters album, The Colour and the Shape, went up on Tuesday, featuring such classics as Monkey Wrench. The entire album is available for 1600 MS Points, while each song is available for 160 MS Points. Head on over here for the full album listing.
