Activision’s Spider-Man 3 has stuck it out in the number 1 spot on the UK’s All Formats Charts for a fourth week running. Disney Interactive Studio’s latest film tie-in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End had to settle for second best while Mario Strikers Charged Football, Nintendo’s first online enabled Wii game and first Mario game for the Wii, debuted at number 3.
EA’s Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars slides into number 4 with Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 6 coming in at number 5. Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training moved up two places to number 7. Chart Track has confirmed that Nintendo are the only company to have format-exclusive games in the All Formats Top 10 with Mario, Wii Play (number 6) and Kawashima.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 is at number 8 while FIFA 07 is at number 9. Cooking Mama from 505 Games cools down to number 10 from number 5 while Ubisoft’s TMNT and EA’s The Sims 2: Pets scrape in at number 11 and 12 respectively.
Eidos’ Pony Friends for the DS debuts on the All Formats Top 40 at number 18 in its second week of release. Activision’s Guitar Hero II rocks at number 24 on the Top 40 thanks to renewed Xbox 360 stock. Konami’s Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops is the other new release to make the All Formats Chart Top 40, coming in at number 30 and number 1 in the PSP Chart.
