Sega’s Seaman 2 has topped the Japanese Software Chart for the week ending the 21st of October. According to Media Create, the PS2 game debuted with 33 000 copies, knocking last week’s number one from Tecmo, DS Nishimura Kyotarou Suspense Detective Series: Deadly Intent for the Nintendo DS, to number four with 20 000 copies.

Nintendo’s DS Literature Collection for the Nintendo DS enters the charts at number 2 with 32 000 copies while Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! Meteor for the PS2 from Namco Bandai sells 20 000 copies but falls from last week’s number 2 to claim the third spot. Namco Bandai’s Gundam Battle Chronicle for the PSP sells 19 000 copies to fall from last week’s number 3 to number 5 this week.

Nintendo’s Pokémon Mysterious Dungeon: Time Expedition Party for the Nintendo DS falls two spots to claim sixth place this week with 19 000 copies while Namco Bandai’s Beautiful Katamari for the Xbox 360 debuts with 19 000 copies. Nintendo’s Pokémon Mysterious Dungeon: Shadow Expedition Party for the Nintendo DS settles in eighth place with 16 000 copies, also down two spots.

Nintendo’s Flash Focus: Vision Training in Minutes a Day for the Nintendo DS sells 15 000 copies to move up and secure it ninth place this week. The Nintendo DS’ Racehorse Owner Life Game: Winner’s Circle from Genki debuts at number 10 with 15 000 copies.
