SouthPeak Games has confirmed that the Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia demo will be available to Silver Xbox Live members on Thursday the 19th of April. Featuring solo, cooperative as well as online multiplayer play, the demo has been available via Xbox Live Marketplace for Gold members since Friday the 13th of April. The full game is scheduled to be released on the Xbox 360 on the 15th of May 2007.
Prepare to face zombies and Dracula
Developed by Artificial Studios, Monster Madness pits a group of four teenagers against supernatural enemies including dismembered zombies, demons and classic undead friends like Dracula, Wolfman and Frankenstein’s monster in small-town American suburbia. The 434MB demo features three maps as well as multiplayer functionality for up to 12 players.

Solo and cooperative play takes place on a single map from the game’s story mode where players will fight for survival within a suburban home with a Monster Madness melee arsenal as well as various secondary weapons. Four player action can take part in a deathmatch level in a gym, either on a single Xbox 360 or across Xbox Live with access to a large selection of the game’s primary weapons. The map content also features a Capture the Flag map. Set in a cemetery, up to twelve players can compete in this multiplayer type game which features a huge selection of weapons and some of the full game’s vehicles.
Melanie Mroz, Executive Vice President, SouthPeak Games comments “We’re overjoyed that Monster Madness: Battle For Suburbia is available through Xbox Live Marketplace to all members. The only unlucky gamers will be the ones who miss out on downloading our small slice of comedy horror action.”
